TSG Consumer Partners is a leading investor in branded consumer product and service businesses including retailers and restaurants. Since our founding in 1987 we have invested in more than 50 brands across a range of categories in both the US and Europe. We make both control and non-control investments to fund growth, acquisitions and shareholder-related liquidity needs. We are seeking to make equity investments of $20mm to $200 million. We manage approximately $2.5 billion in assets including our latest fund which is $1.3 billion in size and was raised in 2011. Some of our past and current investments include VitmainWater, Smashbox Cosmetics, Smart Balance, Pureology, Muscle Milk, PopChips, Terra Chips, Famous Amos Cookies, VOSS Water, Meguiar's Car Care and many others.
